W. Daniel Feehan assists disabled individuals in the process of obtaining and keeping Social Security disability benefits. Daniel has engaged in substantial pro-bono activities for which he has won two awards. His investigative history includes traditional and Internet based research and surveillance activities. Daniel likes spending time outside where he enjoys camping, hiking. He is also an avid Philadelphia Flyers fan and has been known to strum a banjo from time to time. Daniel obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminology cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and his law degree from Widener University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Since SSDI practice is federal in nature, Daniel represents clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
