Video Transcript

You can sue medical personnel, any person that has not delivered or given to you the quality of care that’s acceptable by the profession. This includes any type of doctor, whatever his or her specialty. It includes nurses in hospitals and outside of hospitals. It includes dentists. It includes any medical care provider, for example, even a physical therapist. All of these providers are held to their own standard of care, to deliver you the care that’s acceptable by everyone else in the profession. And if they don’t that’s considered medical malpractice and yes, you may sue them.
