Margaret Quinlan brings her extensive legal experience to the law firm of Lowenthal & Abrams, Injury Attorneys. Margaret personal injury experience includes the handling of slip and fall cases, motor vehicle cases, product liability and construction cases, as well as sexual assault and multiple other tort actions. Margaret also has extensive experience representing injured workers through the workers’ compensation system. In addition, Margaret clerked for the Honorable Anthony Scirica in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable Robert Williams of the Commonwealth Court.
Margaret is in the unique position of having handled cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. She spent many years as a trial attorney representing corporate defendants. That experience gave her insight into the tactics and vulnerabilities of the defense bar that benefits her work as plaintiffs’ counsel. Margaret switched to plaintiff’s work because she was looking for a more rewarding experience. She recalled feeling very passionate about her work during a year that she spent as a VISTA Volunteer helping individuals in need. She knew she needed to be representing individuals again in a one-on-one relationship. And, indeed, doing so has restored her passion for her work.
Margaret obtained her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1981. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In her personal life, Margaret and her two children live in Bucks County where she likes to cook exotic meals with her friends. She is an avid reader and a lover of classic films.
