We frequently post about the risks of texting while diving. Today I came across this very graphic video that plainly shows the aftermath of a car accident when a young woman is distracted by her friends and texting while diving.

Again, this video is very graphic. It shows the accident. It shows blood.  It shows actors who are dead.  That said,  It also will show the young drivers in your household why they should not text and drive.

Please stay safe this holiday weekend. Do not  text and drive.
