Regina M. McIlvaine was born in Philadelphia and admitted to her first bar in 1989. She joined the firm of Lowenthal & Abrams, Injury Attorneys in 2010. Prior to joining Lowenthal, Regina served in various law firms in the Philadelphia area where she handled extensive cases from pleadings through post-trial motions. She brings her long history and experience of handling personal injury cases to Lowenthal. Regina serves her community as a Judge Pro Tempore and an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Regina focuses her practice on personal injury, products liability, motor vehicle, and premises liability (including slip and fall.)

In her spare time, Regina enjoys spending time at her shore house, traveling, and gardening. She is also an aspiring gourmet chef. Regina has two beautiful children and a granddaughter. She is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
