He brings a distinguished educational and legal background to the firm. He served as a deputy and opinions clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit from 1997-2002, and obtained an LL. M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2004.
Michael has been practicing personal injury law since 2003. At the start of his career, he served as an insurance defense attorney, so he is extremely familiar with the tactics of defense firms. Since 2006, Michael has worked on the plaintiff side, successfully litigating medical malpractice, car accident, workers’ compensation and other personal injury cases. He has served as an arbitrator in numerous cases in Philadelphia. Michael obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, and his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University. He is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and represents clients in both state and federal courts.
Michael is married with two daughters and is very involved with assisting volunteer organizations such as the Colmar Volunteer Fire Company, the Colmar Volunteer Fire Company Historical Society Foundation and Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia. He previously served as a volunteer fire fighter and EMT. He also is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice and Montgomery County Bar Association.
