Jacqueline Morgan, Esquire is a graduate of Temple University School of Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 1990 and has concentrated her practice since that time representing victims of auto, trucking, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, brain injuries, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, work accidents and general negligence. Ms. Morgan is passionate about pursuing actions on behalf of those injured by distracted drivers who cause an accident due to texting or cell phone use while driving.
Ms. Morgan also has a wealth of experience and has also been honored to represent many police officers injured in the line of duty. She is a seasoned trial attorney and a bold advocate.

In 2018, Ms. Morgan resurrected strict liability claims for victims of injuries due to defective medical devices in the landmark case of Smith v. Howmedica.
In addition to her legal pursuits and success, Ms. Morgan is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Spin Instructor, Cyclist and a former competitive bodybuilder. She also currently holds the rank of brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Consequently, Ms. Morgan has a keen awareness and understanding of the human body, its functions, and the impact and value that particular injuries have on her clients and their lives.
