If you do bring a medical malpractice case or suit you should always be prepared to go to court. Not everyone has to go to court. The majority of the cases are actually settled before a trial. However it’s important to realize that you must understand that we will always be ready to take your case all the way right through to a trial. And in order to do that we would need of course your participation and cooperation to carry it through. Our goal is to get the most expeditious settlement or verdict that we can for you. So we are always prepared to do that and you must be prepared to also. But that being said, most cases do settle before trial.
