When you believe you have a nursing home neglect case, the best thing to do is to sit down and talk to somebody about it. I usually meet with someone, sit down and get all the facts. That’s the most important thing. Tell me what you believe went wrong. Or how your family or the person you love was injured. At that point what we do then is get the medical records so that we can take a look at the medical records to see what they say. As a nurse I have the ability to review the records, and here at Lowenthal & Abrams, Injury Attorneys we also have a doctor on staff…and at that point we then make a determination if there was a mistake in reference to your loved one.
