What to do if your workers’ compensation claim is denied?
If the workers’ compensation insurance company denies your claim your legal rights are to file a workers’ compensation claim petition. The types of petition and what you would file have to be discussed with your attorney. Their denial only means they are not going to voluntarily pay you without your going to workers’ compensation court.
